  Had my very first acupuncture treatment at EAST Wellbeing & Tea! From the moment you walk in the door for a service, you are welcomed with a cup of tea or water. The staff are all very nice and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I tried the Orange Detox Iced Tea which was perfect for the hot day and tasted amazing!
  
  My acupuncturist was Sarryh and she did a great job explaining to me how the process worked and set my expectations for the treatment. She made sure that I knew to speak up if anything was bothering me or felt uncomfortable.
  
  I highly recommend this new business if you are ever looking for an enjoyable experience with wonderful staff and delicious tea options!

  Nestled back off Monterey in uptown SLO is a new gem in town.If you are seeking a tranquil respite from your busy lifestyle, East Wellbeing and Tea offers an array of treatments including massage therapy, acupuncture,facials, meditation classes and an amazing tea bar serving up both relaxing and stimulating herbal teas. As an herbal enthusiast, I welcome this alternative "bar" to town, serving up healthfully inspiring beverage for an often overstimulated world. One of my favorite teas that I like iced is the Drive tea. One of my favorite hot teas is the Yang tea with a touch of milk and honey. I welcome East Wellbeing with it total wellness concept, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The spa is top notch with soaking tubs in massage rooms for a completely relaxing experience.

  Its hard for me to sum up how much I love East Wellbeing and Tea in a short review, but I will try. From the moment you walk in the doors you are transported to a whole new world. They did not hold back in bringing the East to the West, the interior decorating makes me feel like I am walking into Thailand or Tibet, its a wonderful culture treatment before actually receiving Spa treatment. I think that the atmosphere really set the relaxing mood for my massage. The teas are tasty and well balanced. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The treatment rooms are gorgeous oasis's for the therapists to really do what they do best. If you are contemplating going to East Wellbeing... GO! Its like hopping on a plane and going to Asia, without leaving SLO :)

  I love the location of this beautiful place! It's nestled on upper Monterey, so whether you are sitting inside or outside, there is such a lovely view of the mountains. It's breathtaking! Each tea is so unique an serves a purpose. I highly recommend becoming a infinity member ! It's beautiful an the staff is full of helpful and loving people who really care about how you feel. Such a treat to have in SlO.
